Grilled Kangaroo Meat with Green Salad and Pumpkin Seeds

Recipe for Grilled Kangaroo Meat with Fresh Salad and Pumpkin Seeds

Ingredients:

2 kangaroo steaks (about 200g each)
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp fresh parsley, chopped
Mixed greens (lettuce, arugula, spinach)
2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar (optional)

Instructions:

1. Season the kangaroo steaks with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
2. Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat and cook the kangaroo steaks for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.
3. Remove the steaks and let them rest for a few minutes.
4. Arrange the mixed greens on a plate, sprinkle with pumpkin seeds, and drizzle with balsamic vinegar if desired.
5. Slice the kangaroo steaks and serve on top of the salad.
