Ingredients:
1. 2 Angus beef steaks (about 200g each)
2. 1 tbsp olive oil

4. 1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
5. Salt and pepper to taste
6. 1 cup cherry tomatoes
7. 1 zucchini, sliced
8. 1 red bell pepper, sliced
9. 1 small red onion, cut into wedges
